The financial analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to support sound financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance, including variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts, contributing to budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Evaluate investment opportunities and potential risks
- Collaborate with management to develop financial models and make recommendations for optimizing financial performance
- Conduct industry research and stay informed about market trends and economic conditions
- Communicate financial insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
- Experience in tax credit or other incentive financing a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools and techniques
- Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and other relevant software
