Community Health Center of the New River Valley is Hiring a Dentist, Part-Time Near Christiansburg, VA

The Community Health Center of the New River Valley in Christiansburg, Virginia has an opening for a part-time dentist in Christiansburg, 1-2 days per week and possible PRN.

The ideal candidate will perform professional, high-quality general dentistry services to patients of all ages with diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. We have state-of-the-art equipment and a support staff of hygienists and assistants allowing the dentist to focus on case issues. For those candidates who qualify, the CHCNRV partners with the National Health Services Corps. for loan repayment of up to $50,000 over two years of commitment. https://nhsc.hrsa.gov/

Job Duties
General dentistry work consists of:
· Emergency care
· Development and implementation of treatment plans
· Fillings
· Extractions
· Root canals
· Dentures, partials and bridges
· Pediatric care
· Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing dental practice

Licenses/Certifications
· Current Virginia state dental license
· Current CPR certification

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
