Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana is Hiring a Nurse Manager Near Munster, IN
POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
Responsible and accountable for the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling/evaluating activities of the Surgery Suite, ensuring order and efficiency. Coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments. Collaborates with the Director of Surgical Services to establish and communicate strategic goals consistent with the Organization's Strategic Plan.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Licensed Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Indiana
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing required
- 5 years of recent clinical OR experience
- Prior supervisory/management experience is highly desirable
- Maintains current CPR Certification and safety and infection control validation
