Nurse Fellow – CVI Hartsfield Village (Community Healthcare System)

Nurse Fellow, PRN, Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing

Areas of Responsibility:

• Responsible for providing assistance with any and all daily living activities as well as preventative, therapeutic, and restorative nursing procedures.
• Adheres to Safety and Infection Control Policies and Procedures.
• Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions.
• Must maintain Resident unit and work area in clean and safe manner. Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CNA Certification must be current and in good standing with the Indiana Nursing Assistant Registry
• Demonstrated compassion for Seniors and their families.
• Must be enrolled in a nursing school program.
• Desire and ability to work productively as part of a team to provide Excellent Customer and Clinical Services
