Job Description:

The manager of Inventory & Data exists at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma to oversee all inventory functions from receipt of product through invoicing and to provide and report useful data to Senior Management and key stakeholders to support data driven decision making.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead Inventory team consisting of 5 specialists.
• Responsible for inventory management and reconciliation for all facilities of the food bank which includes daily cycle count, monthly cycle count and end of year physical inventory, and evaluation and reporting of those inventories.
• Responsible management and evaluation for receipts of different product types including, TEFAP, CSFP, donated, and purchased foods.
• Responsible for oversight in order office duties including invoicing, scheduling and agency express administration.
• Work with Sr. Vice President of Logistics to establish good receipting, pulling and invoicing practices.
• Administrate Ceres and AGI, be a subject matter expert for our Food Bank.
• Will produce reports and corresponding spreadsheets at end of month to obtain totals and figures for Month end Reports; Total Distribution, USDA, Purchased, Reimbursement for TEFAP, TANF, CCC and CSFP.
• Work in tandem with supporting State and Government Agencies, as well as internal partners to monitor and report purchases, inventories, distributions and reimbursements.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Sr. Vice President.

Position Requirements:

• Expert on Enterprise Resource Planning system (Ceres).
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System (AGI)
• Proficient in Online ordering system (Agency Express)
• Proficient in detailed data collection and analysis.
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word.
• Be exemplary at Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to operate all warehouse equipment.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
• Ability to plan and prioritize projects with a high degree of detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree; or five years of experience in inventory management
• Knowledge of Food Bank Distribution Center technology and procedures
• Commitment to furthering the mission of the Community Food Bank
• High degree of computer proficiency including all MS Office programs
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• High level of analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills
• Proven supervisory skills (A minimum of three years)

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience with a Food Bank is preferred.
• Previous experience using CERES and AGI is highly desirable.
• Must be able to meet with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, identify colors, hear see, write, count, read, speak, analyze, alphabetize, and perceive depth.
• Must be able to work protracted or irregular hours.
