The Day Habilitation Assistant Manager is responsible for the oversight of staff and scheduling interesting and innovative habilitative programming for the people we support in the certified site, and seeking out new volunteer sites. The Day Habilitation Assistant Mgr. works closely with the Day Habilitation Manager to facilitate community inclusion, integration, and relationship building according to the individual’s Life Plan.

The Day Habilitation Assistant Manager also works closely with Day Habilitation Manager and the Director of Day Programs in the implementation and management of the daily routine. This position requires the Day Habilitation Assistant Manager to assume coverage in the certified site providing Group Day Hab in the program in need of additional staffing.

Minimally 3 years’ experience in a certified day program or equivalent. Supervisory experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
