ResponsibilitiesThe BPAS team of Participant Services Representatives is responsible for responding to retirement plan and/or benefit plan (FSA, VEBA, HSA) participant questions and inquiries via phone or e-mail in a polite, professional, knowledgeable manner. You must take pride in and truly enjoy assisting others.
Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
