State Farm - Tim Lane Agency is Hiring a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative Near Spokane, WA
We are expanding and in search for a Licensed Washington State Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our wonderful team. This is not a sales position. If you are licensed in Washington State personal lines insurance with customer service experience, a positive and friendly attitude we are interested in speaking with you. As a State Farm Customer Service Representative, you will assist current customers with policy management in our Spokane Valley office. Candidates must have a valid Washington State P&C insurance license and have direct auto and home insurance customer service experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must have valid Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Candidates must have auto and home insurance customer service experience with a major insurance carrier or insurance broker
- Detail oriented, organized with solid writing, typing, note taking capabilities and multi-tasking
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and customer data systems
- A very positive, friendly attitude that enjoys helping others
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Current customer policy management
- Responding to current customer policy questions
- Adding and making changes to current customer's policies
- Claims assistance
- Provide exceptional customer service
