- Travel to various homes in the community to offer direct care and support to individuals with IDD.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, hygiene, and mobility support.
- Engage in skill-building activities to promote independence and personal growth.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, care provided, and any noteworthy incidents or observations.
- Collaborate closely with fellow DSPs, supervisors, and team members to ensure comprehensive support.
- Follow Individual Support Plans (ISPs) to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of the individuals under your care.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle with the ability to become a company driver.
- Ability to handle physical requirements, including lifting approximately 50 lbs.
- Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and effectively tackle challenges.
- Successful completion of a level II background check.
- Competitive Salary: $24 per hour.
