Wedgewood Healthcare Center is currently recruiting a Culinary Supervisor. In addition to Cook responsibilities, this position will assist the Culinary Director and fill in when the Culinary Director is not available.

Your Mission:

As Culinary Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform all aspects of food preparation and serving for residents as required according to established menus and recipes.
  • Have knowledge of and ensure compliance with all sanitary and food preparation procedures.
  • Assist Culinary Director in assigned duties related to kitchen operations and fill in as Culinary Director when the Director is not available.

Your Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Technical training and prior food service experience, preferably in a health care environment
