The Office of Transformation and Opportunity (OTO) is seeking a Project Coordinator to help make Pennsylvania a great place to do business. OTO's Project Coordinator will apply private sector project management experience to public sector work, helping OTO better support projects through the permitting process. This position will serve as the main point of contact with OTO's largest, most complex project sponsors, tracking their progress and helping them navigate through government processes to get projects up and running.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with other OTO coordinators and Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) staff to ensure project sponsors receive timely answers and responses from Commonwealth agencies and to shepherd priority projects through the grants and loan-making processes in a timely fashion. Help identify challenges before they arise, collaborate in creative problem-solving with our forward-thinking teams, and work on government-wide initiatives led by OTO and designed to make Commonwealth government more business-friendly.
