The Civil Rights Outreach Coordinator (CROC) serves as a "Beloved Community Peacemaker" for communities facing conflict based on actual or perceived race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability. In this role, you will work towards our mission of assisting communities in coming together to develop community based and evidenced based solutions to the presenting conflict and enhance the community's capacity to independently prevent and resolve future conflicts.
