Within this role, your focus will be advocating, protecting, supporting, providing information, evaluating and securing essential services for eligible older adults in Beaver County. You will have the opportunity to learn, develop, and maintain knowledge of the Agency’s programs and other service referral programs. Work includes the development and follow-up of service plans for consumers. Communication is key in this position, along with problem solving, organizational skills and computer proficiency.
