As a Maintenance Worker I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of our state-of- the-art facilities. With a diverse set of maintenance tasks ranging from plumbing and carpentry repairs to electrical and heating and ventilating work, you will have the chance to hone your skills and develop a broad range of expertise.
Our Maintenance Worker I position is more than just a job - it's a chance to become part of a supportive and welcoming team committed to providing exceptional service to our guests. You will work alongside skilled trades persons, operate cutting-edge machinery, and maintain detailed maintenance records. Plus, with the opportunity for growth into more specialized roles as you gain experience, you'll never have a dull moment on the job!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment by repairing plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating/ventilating, painting, and machinery.
  • Maintain the general upkeep of grounds areas. Including mowing, weed eating, pick up liter, etc.
  • Perform janitorial duties
  • Assist housekeeping as needed
