Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment by repairing plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating/ventilating, painting, and machinery.
- Maintain the general upkeep of grounds areas. Including mowing, weed eating, pick up liter, etc.
- Perform janitorial duties
- Assist housekeeping as needed
