Your Day Would Look Like:

  • Perform a broad variety of administrative tasks to support senior staff in the Administration Building. This may include but is not limited to; greeting visitors, directing phone calls, collecting data for reports, mail/package collection/distribution, scheduling meetings, managing conference room reservations, use of agency vehicles, etc.
  • Executive support to senior staff which includes, calendar management, internal and external communications and necessary follow up.
  • Perform Human Resource duties to include maintaining all assigned employee tracking systems;
  • Support special events on behalf of the Administrative team and sit on agency-wide committees;
  • Responsible for agency safety initiatives

What YOU Would Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong Computer Skills, including a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License.
  • AAS or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
