Commercial Fire is looking for a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. We are a nationwide provider of fire protection and life safety services, that partners with technicians across the United States to provide our customers with reliable and outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide work order follow-up with affiliates in a region.
• Work with affiliates to obtain schedule dates, update records, obtain information and obtain the required paperwork.
• Support the Account Managers with requested information from the Affiliate partners.
• Contact each affiliate in designated region weekly and build relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ability to work well with others in a teamwork atmosphere
• Strong computer skills
• Must be organized & have the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel.

Job Type: Full-time
