**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales, possess excellent phone etiquette, and be proficient in office management tasks.
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe messages accurately
- Provide customer support with a positive attitude
- Assist with office management duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Coordinate front desk activities including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
- Support event planning and coordination as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in medical or dental reception is a plus
