THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A NEW PATIENT COORDINATOR - RECEPTIONIST

The typical schedule is as follows:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:15 am - 7:30 pm
• Tuesday and Thursday: 8:15 am - 1:30 pm
• Every other Saturday: 8:15 am - 1:30 pm

You're the heartbeat of our practice, making sure our patients get top-notch service. Your job? Chatting with new patients on the phone and making sure they get the info they need. You're in charge of booking appointments and making sure new patients are all set up efficiently. Handling payments accurately and openly is also part of the gig.

On top of all that, you're the go-to person for keeping patient info in check, making sure everything is accurate and private. You team up with our marketing crew to bring in new patients and keep them engaged. Your positive attitude and no-nonsense style make a huge difference in making our patients feel special and well taken care of right from the get-go!

OUR IDEAL NEW PATIENT COORDINATOR - RECEPTIONIST

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• A great communicator with a flair for empathy and patient engagement.
• A genuine person who thrives in a team environment.
• Enthusiastic about sales with the ability to motivate and hold people accountable.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and committed to personal and team goals.
• Willing to learn about sales processes and collaboration with marketing.

Experience in sales processes and collaboration with marketing is preferred but not required!
