Commercial Bank is Hiring a CSR - Customer Service Representative Near Hastings, MI
Commercial Bank is currently seeking individuals who understand the importance of great customer service, accuracy, teamwork, and a positive attitude to fill a part time CSR position at our Wright Avenue location in Alma, MI. The schedule consists of Monday & Friday 8am-5:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 11-3 with rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Responsible for conducting customer transactions, miscellaneous customer changes, balancing their cash drawer and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Necessary Skills
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills both written and verbal; a positive and enthusiastic personality; and the "above and beyond" customer service mentality. Basic computer skills are necessary.
