We are rapidly growing and looking to include a new team members as a Full time Guest Services/Night Auditor to join our winning team at the Comfort Suites on Stirling Road and I-95 in Dania Beach. This is a great hotel with a friendly staff & excellent management. We are seeking a friendly/flexible and customer-oriented individual to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously. We are looking for a friendly individual who is helpful and reliable, can work weekend nights, holidays and flexible during the week and has a great smile. We will train and teach you the hospitality industry and you can start your new career with our Team! Hours include 2 nights 11pm to 7am and 3 flexible days/afternoons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate as necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual is a plus or know how to use Google Translate
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
