FRONT DESK JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Hotel Front Desk Agent with great customer service to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:
Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rate and amenities. In addition, respond to guests complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. And last but not least, working with all the staff as a team player to get any issues resolved.
Experience:
Great customer service, general knowledge of computer, multi-tasking, problem-solving and friendly.
