Comfort Keepers is a long-standing, award-winning company locally owned and operating within the home care field. We are seeking a motivated, self-starter for the position of General Manager.

This is a salaried position typically Monday through Friday business hours with the benefits of a flexible office environment and a great team atmosphere. The General Manager duties:
· run the day-to-day operations of the company
· supervise the administrative staff
· complete bookkeeping duties
· liaison with community and referral sources
· compile and maintain client records
· assess new clients for services
· contacts clients and caregivers for follow-up on service delivery and determine satisfaction of services
· assist in matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client’s needs
· follow up with prospect clients
· oversee caregiver supervision and scheduling
· conduct caregiver supervision in the field
· participate in the on-call scheduler (answering phone not filling in shifts) rotation if needed
· under the supervision of the owner
Requirements:
· Healthcare field and supervision experience a must
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Extremely self-motivated and ambitious, wanting to be a part of a business you can personally help grow
· Outgoing, friendly, and works well with seniors, their family members, caregivers, and fellow professionals in the health care field
· Excited to help caregivers and the administrative staff deliver excellent in-home care
· Organized, impeccable follow-through, detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adjust for hectic schedules
· Technology friendly (smartphone, email, various computer software, etc)
We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated, and A performer who wants to make an impact on our company, senior care and our community. This is a very rewarding job with tremendous flexibility to make it your own.
The salary is a $50,000 a year base with up to an additional $50,000 annual bonus paid out monthly. Bonus available after three months along with medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer pays 90%). After one year employees are eligible to participate in the 401K with up to a 4% match and 100% vested. Position includes a company car, cell phone, and laptop.
