Comfort Keepers is a long-standing, award-winning company locally owned and operating within the home care field. We are seeking a motivated, self-starter for the position of General Manager.

The Care Supervisor is:

· under the general supervision of the Administrator

· ensure quality care for the clients and a good work environment for the staff

· responsible for overall recruitment and retention activities of caregivers

· interviewing and hiring

· orient/onboard and supervise caregivers

· compile and maintain personnel records

· assist in client management and scheduling

· participate in the on-call rotation, if needed

Requirements:

• Experience in the healthcare field and managing subordinates
• Extremely self-motivated and ambitious, wanting to be a part of a business you can personally help grow
• Outgoing, friendly, and works well with caregivers, seniors, their family members and fellow professionals in the health care field
• Excited to help caregivers and the administrative staff deliver excellent in-home care
• Strong leadership abilities and supervisory skills
• Organized, impeccable follow-through, detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adjust for hectic schedules
• Highly connected to technology (smartphone, email, various computer software, etc)

Salary depends on experience, $40,000 to $50,000 annually with bonus. Bonus available after three months along with medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer pays 90%). After one-year employees are eligible to participate in the 401K with up to a 4% match and 100% vested. Position includes a company car, cell phone, and laptop.
