**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). **Responsibilities:** - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA - Collect data on observable client behavior - Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities - Conduct functional assessments and analyses **Requirements:** - Experience or knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) - Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) - Background in behavioral health or special education - Proficiency in behavior management techniques - Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities - Knowledge of medical terminology - Strong data collection and analysis skills Join our team as a Behavior Technician and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Pay: $22.65 - $23.65 per hour
