Autism Learners is Hiring an Office Assistant/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Near Woodbridge, VA
Autism Learners has a job opening for an office assistant and behavior technician team member. We are looking for talented, hard-working and experienced individuals to work within our organization. We look forward to speaking with you!
Weekly Hours: 2-8p (optional weekends)
Location: Woodbridge, VA - primarily center-based
Expected hours: 30 per week
Job Duties
Provides quality customer service by immediately responding to inquiries and visitors
Answer phone in courteous, professional manner at all times
Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
Support w/ the hiring and training process of new team members
Maintain an adequate amount of supplies for the office
Perform clerical functions such as data entry, word processing and any other related duties, as assigned
Assist with the maintenance and organization of confidential records
Meet all deadlines on or before the due date for assigned task and reports
Provide direct clinical support services to assigned clients (up to 70% of the work week)
Requirements
Baccalaureate level or higher degree, required
Willingness to continue education and professional efforts to become a BCBA, BCaBA or QASP-S
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstrated proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Forms and Slides
Ability to type at at least 55 wpm
Functional knowledge in general office and clerical procedures
Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion
Functional analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to follow up and follow through on assigned projects
2 year of experience working in an clerical assistant role to staff members in an office environment
1 year of experience working in children with special needs
