Job Description: We're Seeking a Passionate Registered Behavior Technician to Join Our Team! In This Role, You'll Work Closely with Children and Families, Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services. As a Behavior Technician, You'll Play a Vital Role in Implementing Behavior-Based Treatment Plans, Educating Parents, and Conducting Data Collection. This Position Offers Part-Time Hours with the Potential for Full-Time Engagement. Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with children
• Collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director
• Conducting Comprehensive Data Collection and Maintaining Session Reports
• Implementation of Behavior-Based Treatment Plans
• Educating Parents on Classroom Support Techniques
• Ensuring Safety and Quality Care for Clients
• Establishing Professional Relationships with Parents, Colleagues, and Community Resources
• Maintaining Training Materials and Supplies
• Serving as an Advocate for Children and Families, Facilitating Referrals to Community Resources
• Upholding Dress and Grooming Standards
• Other Duties as Assigned, Including Cleanup and Incident Reporting

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Preferred
• Experience with children and strong people skills
• Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to Lift 30 lbs. Regularly
• Strong Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• CPR/First Aid Certification Preferred
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders Preferred, but Not Required (Training Provided)
