Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. This is a leadership position that requires strong management skills and a keen eye for detail.

Duties:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance needs
- Oversee laundry operations, including managing linen inventory and ensuring proper laundering techniques

Qualifications:

- Previous hotel cleaning experience.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
