Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels is Hiring a Guest Service Representative A Near Saint Paul, MN
We are looking for an out-going, friendly, people person to join our team at the Comfort Inn, Oakdale.
The Guest Service Representative. Accommodates guests in person as well as over the phone. Responsibilities include:
- Warmly greets guests in person and on the phone with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Answering phone calls and take accurate messages and properly processing wake-up calls.
- Registers and assigns rooms to guests and issues room keys.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Taking reservations accurately and maintaining the highest level of guest confidentiality.
- Uses sales techniques to sell the property, up-sell and upgrade guest reservations within approved guidelines.
- Monitors activities within the hotel including spa area and meeting room.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment to display a positive image for guests.
