Overview:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, this role is perfect for you.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations using the hotel's reservation system
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Multilingual/Bilingual)
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
- Knowledge of hotel management software is beneficial
- A background in hospitality management or guest relations is desirable
