Comcentric is Hiring a Desktop Support Near Grand Junction, CO
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a part time role of 3-4 hours/per week onsite in Grand Junction, CO.
Shift: Flexible between M – F 8am – 5pm MST
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Scope of Role:
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, software, peripheral and clinical application issues
- Conference room setups, password resets, equipment assistance and Office 365 Support.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as changing passwords, Setting up new users, email accounts, etc.
- Perform basic software troubleshooting and hardware triage support
- Handle minor functions such as moves, adds, changes, etc
- Router configuration
Requirements:
- Professional experience in Office 365
- Experience in troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
- 2 years Desktop support experience
- Must be able to be onsite 3-4 hours/week
- Knowledge of networking concepts
