Position Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a Corporate Purchasing including managing current inventory levels, cycle counts, and development of a fluid purchasing plan.
- Lead all purchasing needs from basic local apparel purchases all the way to our international factories.
- Identify changing sales trends and create a Demand Plan to attain forecast and just in time accuracy.
- Solve vendor issues, vendor changes, product transportation, and potential product additions.
- Establish strong working relationships with key vendors.
- Locate and secure best prices.
- Accountable to weekly purchasing KPI’s.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of purchasing and / or inventory management experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- JDA demand and fulfilment experience is a plus.
