Columbus Vegetable Oils is seeking an Assistant Production Lead to support our growing business in Reno, Nevada. This position operates pumps to transfer bulk oil to and form tanks and runs packaging lines during production days (80%) in addition to backing up the production lead (20%). May be required to drive company vehicles as part of duties. Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor equipment gauges or displays to ensure proper operation
· Report vehicle or equipment malfunctions
· Communicate with others to coordinate material handling or movement
· Record operational or production data
· Measure the level of depth of liquids
· Control pumps or pumping equipment
· Collect samples for analysis or testing
· Connect hoses to equipment or machinery
· Load materials into equipment for processing
· Run packaging lines during production days
· Backup to Production Lead

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Dynamics NAV or BC a plus
- Bulk fluid handling/transferring experience preferred, but no required
- Clean driving record required to operate company vehicles

Travel:
Personnel will travel to and from warehouse in company vehicles to team track rail site or other transloading locations where railcars and tank wagons will be located.

Physical Demands:
- Required to lift up to 100 lbs; occasionally lift more than 100 lbs.
