Sticker Pack, an industry-leading wholesale souvenir and gift sticker company, is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a dedicated Sticker Production Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow with a local sticker company as we continue to elevate our business globally.

Responsibilities:

As a Machine/Print Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing department, supporting the Head of Production as well as team members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing high-quality stickers
• Setting up job files in Onyx software
• Sending print-files to printers
• Sending cut-files to plotters
• Laminating vinyl
• Organizing designs for various customers
• Ensuring meticulous attention to detail
• Prioritizing cut accuracy and job efficiency
• Multitasking effectively
• Inspecting products to maintain our stringent quality standards
• Demonstrating the ability to adapt and grow with our team
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Basic math skills
• Proficiency in basic computer-based tasks
• The capability to stand for extended periods
• The ability to lift 50lbs for reloading vinyl into printers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
