Job Description:

ARDEX Americas (www.ArdexAmericas.com), is a Global industry leader in the manufacturing and development of high-performance specialty building materials.

We are immediately hiring a SALES PROFESSIONAL, with a proven track record of developing and delivering new sales business opportunities with commercial contractors, installers, architects, and distributor partners, as part of our Columbus Ohio team. This is a field sales position, with a preferred home office base of Columbus, Ohio and will require up to 80% territory travel, including some overnights.

This position will cover Columbus and Cleveland with a preferred base home-office base location of Columbus Ohio.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive, develop, promote, and grow sales of ARDEX products and systems throughout territory
  • Develop and maintain solid working relationships with distributors, contractors, specifiers, and other key business influencers
  • Retain current accounts and prospect new business development
  • Successfully launch and promote new products via hands on product demonstrations, presentations & professional product displays
  • Collaborate with Corporate resources such Technical, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics etc., to deliver exceptional standards of service to ARDEX customers
  • Drive lead generation through jobsite visits, lead generation services, cold calls etc.
  • Develop and successfully execute field sales action plans
  • Achieve and exceed targets, goals, and objectives, as established with Sales Manager
  • Represent ARDEX as an industry leader through exceptional professional standards, and a 'customer first' approach.
