The position

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic individual with a passion for working with people to join our HR team as a RECRUITER, where you will handle the full recruiting life cycle across our Americas operations (U.S., Canada, Latin America), includes sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top candidates for various positions (salaried and hourly), as well as ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

This is a full-time position to be based at our corporate campus, 20 minutes North of Pittsburgh International Airport. What you will do

• Develop and implement creative recruiting campaigns, leveraging social media and networking activities
• Attend career fairs (including High School and College outreach), to expand our applicant pool
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and assist in crafting accurate job descriptions and understanding candidate profiles
• Ensure recruiting processes are fully compliant with country, state, federal and local laws, as well as company policies.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, maintain candidate information, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers
• Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate the final evaluation process, and prepare offer letters
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Manage pre/post-hire processes including appropriate employment checks and background checks.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of personnel files and input new hire data into HRIS system
• Prepare new hire training schedules and conduct new hire orientations
• Administer and review new employee feedback surveys.
• Support Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and HR team with various projects
