Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Analyze financial performance metrics (revenue, profitability, cash flow) to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis to investigate deviations from forecasts and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate complex financial data to senior management and stakeholders.
• Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support with M&A activities by performing financial due diligence and valuation analysis (if applicable).
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and benchmark company performance against competitors.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to a variety of audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus.
