Title: Customer Service Rep.
Location: Wilmington, MA 01887, Onsite
Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension Client - Logistics Client
Start Date - 05/06
Shift:- Sunday - Tuesday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST & Wednesday 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM EST
Shift:- Wednesday 4:30 PM-8:30 PM EST & Thursday - Saturday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in our commitment to excellence.
Here's what your exciting day-to-day will involve:

Engaging with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure seamless service
Handling customer inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism
Expertly diagnosing and resolving issues, leaving customers delighted
Keeping a watchful eye on delivery routes' progress for smooth operations
Scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps for efficiency
Processing changes and cancellations to orders swiftly and accurately

We're looking for:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) But it gets even better if you have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
1 year of related experience, especially in a vibrant call center environment
Exceptional customer service skills with a flair for issue resolution
Incredible multitasking abilities combined with top-notch organizational skills
The resilience to thrive under pressure, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
