Columbus Hospitality Group is currently seeking an energetic and forward thinking individual to join their fine dining establishment as a Banquet Chef. Applicants should be skilled, professional individuals with at least 2-3 years of experience in a high volume scratch kitchen with emphasis on rotation of seasonal menus. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you would be an integral part of a thriving Boston restaurant and would motivate and lead a team of associates to ensure an outstanding and consistent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and an eagerness to learn about new ingredients and new techniques, and would assist the Executive Chef in creating menus that highlight wonderful local products available as well as the best ingredients that the market has to offer. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food cost controls are a must.
