Columbiana Vision Care is a small private Optometry practice with a relaxed patient-first environment.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a positive attitude. Experience with billing and scheduling in a healthcare setting is a plus. 34 Hours a week with Wednesdays off. Ability to work 2-3 Saturdays per month (8-noon) is required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Handle billing and invoices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
