Summary: Assist with preparation and testing of lab samples as directed. Uses equipment to prepare materials and run testing in accordance with safe operating procedures. Maintains lab areas including cleaning of labware and equipment as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare compounds, test solutions and reagents to conduct tests and experiments
- Prepare cement and concrete mixtures. Mold samples for testing.
- Must be able to lift and move objects repeatedly up to 40lbs.
- Must follow documentation procedures rigorously.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Willing to attempt new assignments or fill in for others as needed;
- Accomplishes other duties as assigned.
