What you’ll do:
The Brass Tacks

• Responsible for ensuring the building is a safe and secure environment at all times
• Walks all levels and areas of the property to confirm secure conditions including lack of trespassers and secure entrances and exists; interacts with and assist guests & visitors in a courteous manner
• Helps maintain appearance and cleanliness of property while patrolling
• Assists Front Desk with guest services including valet and room deliveries, performs minor maintenance tasks
• Ensures proper building safety and security measures are always followed
• Responds to all guest’s requests in an expeditious manner

The Nitty Gritty

• Two years related experience and/or training
• Possess excellent verbal and people skills
• The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
