We are seeking a talented and creative media manager with an emphasis on photo and video creation to join our hospitality team. As a content creator, you will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of our collections brand, facility, events, and experiences through stunning imagery. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our visual content aligns with brand identities and effectively communicates our unique offerings to our audience.

What you’ll do:The Brass Tacks
Oversees all marketing initiatives for the property, including but not limited to:
- Photograph and capture video for a wide range of subjects including but not limited to: interior and exterior shots of our properties, food and beverage offerings, events, amenities, and guest experiences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for photoshoots that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives
- Conduct on-location shoots at various properties and events, ensuring high-quality and consistent imagery that showcases our hospitality offerings
- Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance visual appeal while maintaining authenticity and accuracy
- Manage and maintain an organized digital library of photos for easy access by the marketing, design, and other relevant teams
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual content
- Occasionally assist with other multimedia initiatives as needed.
The Nitty Gritty
- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various photography styles (e.g., architectural, food, lifestyle, event).
- Proficiency in photography equipment, lighting techniques, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong creative vision and the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling visual stories.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, lighting, and color.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel to different locations for photoshoots as required. Possible nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
- Provide, use, and maintain own equipment.
