Columbia Construction & Casework is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Cape Girardeau, MO
Job Description and Qualifications:
- Input vendor invoices into accounting system and code to appropriate classification
- Prepare vendor invoice payment to be approved by Managers
- Data entry of a high volume of vendor invoices
- Communicate with vendors over outstanding items
- Reconciling vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
- Manage vendor W9 forms and COI documentations for all vendors
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Assist with various administrative tasks in the office
- Must have excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work with a wide variety of employees, customers, and personalities
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
- General math skills
- Proficient in MS Office, accounting, spreadsheet programs and calculator.
Pay commensurate with experience
Hours 8 AM- 5 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
