As a new Assistant Admissions Coordinator, you can expect to greet prospective families, provide tours of our campus, and assist with the application process. You'll collaborate with the admissions team to organize events, manage inquiries, and follow up with applicants. Your day-to-day will involve answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records of student applications. During the school year, you'll work 40 hours per week, while in the summer, your hours will be reduced to 24 per week. This schedule allows for a balance between peak admissions season and summer planning, ensuring you play a crucial role in the enrollment process year-round.
To excel as an Assistant Admissions Coordinator at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, you'll need a high level of confidentiality to handle sensitive student information with care.
