We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our vibrant nail salon team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your role will encompass overseeing front desk operations, managing a team of receptionists, and maintaining a seamless flow of appointments and customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients warmly as they arrive and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.

- Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments to ensure efficient utilization of salon resources.

- Supervise and train front desk staff, including onboarding new team members, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing coaching.

- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.

- Process client transactions accurately, including payments, tips, and gift card redemptions.

- Collaborate with the salon management to implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards.

- Assist in marketing and promotional efforts to drive business growth and maintain client retention.

- Coordinate with nail technicians and other staff to manage client flow and address any scheduling adjustments or special requests.

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of salon services, pricing, and products to effectively assist clients.

- Uphold a positive and professional image of the nail salon at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

- Proven experience in a customer service or supervisory role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and staff in a courteous and effective manner.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointments and maintain an orderly front desk area.

- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, payment processing, and client database management.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate salon operations.

- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
