About the Role

As a Color Factory Facilities Manager you'll oversee the visual and functional components of the installations and venue to ensure the highest quality guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency. You'll also:

•Maintain the museum quality aesthetics and function of all installations

•Work with facilities team and external vendors to maintain building operations

•Demonstrate knowledge of artistic and safety best practices

•Oversee technician training and development to ensure confident skill execution

•Project manage in house maintenance and venue updates

Specific Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we recommend these qualifications:

•Power tools expertise and safety best practices

•Chemical safety, OSHA certification preferred 

•Knowledge of paint best practices

•ICC certification, certification for building to code preferred
