Colony Display is a renowned industry leader specializing in manufacturing retail fixture solutions and displays. Currently, we are in search of an experienced Project Manager to facilitate the successful completion of stock and custom designed merchandising furniture. Candidate will have a track record for detail and efficiency to ensure the completion of projects prior to the deadline date. Responsibilities include overseeing the project planning process, utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and internal ERP platforms. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, with the support of Project Coordinators, this role is pivotal to support team members, foster collaboration, and contribute to process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and outline key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure alignment with customer expectations and project goals. 
• Leverage expertise in Epicor10 (or other ERPs) to document processes, track progress, and manage data for analysis and reporting. 
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and proactively addressing customer concerns and with transparency provide feedback through the project lifecycle. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, working closely with team members to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize the overall project management workflow. 
• Lead and motivate project teams, provide clear direction and support to achieve project objectives within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. 
• Facilitate effective written and verbal communication amongst project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment in a dynamic industry. 
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the manufactured fixtures and displays meet industry standards and customer specifications. 
• Create all project related tasks from entering the project into Epicor10, generate part numbers, purchase orders, and requests for production.

Requirements

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the retail fixtures manufacturing industry preferred.
• In-depth understanding of retail fixtures manufacturing processes, materials, and industry trends. 
• Strong technical acumen, including the ability to understand and communicate technical specifications and requirements. 
• Comfortable and effective communication with all project stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make decisions based on data and analysis.
