Colonial Life Benefits Counselors build relationships within the community by helping employers with benefits solutions for their business and ensuring their employees understand and appreciate all of the benefits they offer.
Benefits Counselors meet directly with employees one-to-one for a personalized conversation about available benefits and what is right for them and their family. Our Benefits Counselors also support questions beyond the enrollment and are known for their exceptional customer service.
We offer our voluntary benefits at the worksite that provide employees financial protection when the unexpected moments in life happen, like an accident, illness or injury. Our benefits can help employees reduce out-of-pocket expenses health coverage may not cover. Benefits Counselors help identify where employees may have the greatest need and work with them to address any gaps in coverage.
This is an independent contractor opportunity in which you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Any income range associated with this posting represents the potential earnings available to you as a business owner in this role; not a guaranteed salary. All earnings in this role are sales results based and uncapped, with a tremendous potential for growth.
