Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product information
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed

Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in technology or technical sales is a plus
- Ability to upsell and promote additional products
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Knowledge of stock management practices
- Excellent English communication skills
- Prior experience in jewelry sales is beneficial
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Iowa City, IA 52246: Relocate before starting work (Required)
