COLONIAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH is Hiring an Information Technology Manager Near Williamsburg, VA
- Evaluates purchases, installs/oversees installation of and troubleshoots system hardware and software, application software, cabling, telecommunications, and related equipment.
- Performs and monitors systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications and detailed documentation of resolution.
- Maintains computer hardware and software inventory not covered by a 3rd party vendor.
- Researches and evaluates application software. Installs said application software when applicable.
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to develop and implement original, advanced technology solutions to enhance or remedy agency operations.
- Ability to develop and interpret complex, tedious logic for new and existing data code and configurations, to apply problem-solving and judgment skills.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) products.
- Knowledge of operation and maintenance of computer hardware.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or other Information Technology related degree required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- VCP-DCV or similar certification preferred.
- MCSA, MCSE, or similar certification preferred.
